Little Blue Run Acquisition Company, LLC (LBRAC) is committed to the responsible management of coal combustion residuals (CCRs) and the company is focused on environmental compliance and stewardship of our natural resources.  LBRAC has prepared this website to share information on its compliance activities as required by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's Final Rule on Coal Combustion Residuals Generated by Electric Utilities.  Records include the required documents for the Little Blue Run Impoundment.  The documents will remain on the website for the required five-year period per 40 CFR 257.
